Amy Bennett appointed General Manager of the British EBF

Amy Bennett has been appointed General Manager of the British European Breeders’ Fund, effective from February 1st. She will cover the role while Cheryl Caves is on maternity leave for a year.
Bennett moves to the BEBF from her role as Manager of the British Owners and Breeders Incentive Scheme (BOBIS) which enjoyed a successful first year in 2013. Prior to her role in launching BOBIS, Bennett worked as Marketing Executive for British Bloodstock Marketing, involving extensive overseas travel as well as promotional work in Britain, and was Deputy Bloodstock Editor of the Racing Post, as well as spending a year as marketing manager for a stud farm in New Zealand.
Bennett commented: “I am delighted to join the team at the EBF, and look forward to working with them to continue the success of the BEBF.”
Eimear Chance has been appointed as Manager of BOBIS, and will carry out the role alongside her current position as Marketing and Operations Executive at Great British Racing International.
